The machine won’t start and the indicator light is off—what’s wrong?

 Check these first:
① The power plug is fully inserted and the socket has power;
② The inner pot is fully locked and the lid is closed tightly (most models have a lid open power-off protection);
③ If all the above are normal, it may be a motor fault—contact after-sales service for repair.
